If you would like to report a repair, you can do so on our repair page.

Health and safety

As your landlord, we are responsible for meeting Health and Safety standards in your home. We also work closely with our contractors to carry out maintenance to make sure your home and surrounding environment is up to standard.

The above leaflet includes information on Gas Safety, Fire Safety, Damp, mould and condensation and Asbestos.

Fire safety

As your landlord, we take fire safety extremely seriously. We are responsible for meeting fire safety standards for your home and openly communicate how we do this. For more information about fire safety including details of how we resolve major health and safety concerns, please click here.  

Planned maintenance

Colne wants to keep your home well maintained so all our homes already meet or exceed the Government's Decent Homes Standard. To ensure we uphold our standards we schedule planned maintenance for our homes.

How to reach us

Our Asset Services Team are specialist officers who help keep your home and surrounding environment safe and up to standard.

Our Property Compliance Officers deliver a range of checks to make sure that your communal areas and estates are up to standard while our Building Surveyors are here to help keep your home in a good state of repair.

The team work closely with contractors and other teams to deliver these services wherever necessary.
